Here are two curve settings for photographers who want a different yet effective look for their photographs, these are usually used for fashion and portrait photography but can give some interesting results with landscape and other photography.
To use these filter type effects make a folder (preferably in Adobe Photoshop folder) and call it curve settings, then unzip to said directory, next open Photoshop and select a file you wish to see the effect with. Then all you have to do is go to Image...Adjustments...Curves and select load, then browse to the folder where you unzipped the files. It really is very easy, you could also make an action but I haven'y used actions yet
I prefer the E-6 In C-41 as it gives it more a cool dream like effect. However C-41 In E-6 gives photos a prominent green colour cast a bit like watching the Matrix film lol
Hope these work well for you and play around with curve settings yourself you can come up with some very interesting results.
I have also added Paintshop Pro versions as well, these should be placed in PSP Files...Presets. I have tried it using Paintshop Pro X and wors well, I'm pretty sure it will work with other versions too. I haven't got Gimp but I'm not sure if Gimp gives you curves option... I'm pretty sure it does.
I'm not sure to get this, that must be my poor english, but the result is great, and i'll try to play with curves on photoshop. i have trouble translating "cross processing"...

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
